As a convict Robert was not granted land when they arrived in Hobart, but Elizabeth was.

When they married he assumed title to  that land by means of his marriage.

This article in the research papers, is focused on Robert Jillett, rather than Elizabeth Bradshaw,  as they did not marry until 1812.
